How do I place an order?
Add books to your cart and check out with your name, phone number and delivery address. No account or advance payment is required.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on most orders across Pakistan — you pay in cash when your books are delivered.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 1–4 working days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Is shipping free?
Delivery is free when you pay in advance (bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa) on orders of Rs 2,500 or more. All other orders, including every Cash on Delivery order, have a flat Rs 300 delivery charge.
Can you get a book that isn't on your website?
Yes. Use our Custom Book page to request any title — we source out-of-stock and rare books and send you a quote before you pay.
Can you print my own PDF as a book?
Absolutely. Upload your PDF, choose size, color and binding, and we'll print and bind a professional book delivered to your door.
What is your return policy?
If a book arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Returns page for details.
